Scheduled Publication Workflows

This module allows content contributors to plan the publication date of content by specifying the date and time in the Publication dashboard.

The scheduled publication workflow also separates validation from publication. Content contributors can trigger the publication of their content once it has been validated by a reviewer. The review step is only needed when the user starting the publication workflow does not have the review permission. Consult the academy documentation to learn more.

This module currently has the Limited Availability status: it is not yet officialy publicly supported.

Custom workflows using JBPM are now deprecated, Jahia plans to provide an alternative by end of 2026.
