Formidable jExperience Engine

Connects Formidable forms to jExperience.

Install it on sites where jExperience is enabled to turn form answers into visitor profile data, without configuring anything by.

• Profile mapping: link a field to a visitor profile property from the jExperience section of the field editor. The list only offers properties whose type fits the field. Choose whether a submission always writes the property or only fills it when it is empty.
• Prefill: a mapped field is filled from the visitor's profile when the form loads, and then stays editable, becomes read-only or is hidden, as the contributor chose.
• Form mappings kept in sync: publishing a form creates or updates its form mapping rule in jCustomer, and unpublishing or deleting it removes the rule. Marketers find it in the Form mappings screen of jExperience.
• Submission events: each accepted submission reaches jCustomer as the standard form event, sent by the jExperience tracker, to feed goals, segments and analytics. This happens when a jExperience rule watches the form and the visitor has not turned tracking off.
