How to use in offline mode
Option 1:
Run a first analyzis in online mode. The module list downloaded from the store will be saved in the JCR, for further offline execution

How to customize the list of deprecated permissions & actions
The list is configured in digital-factory-data/karaf/etc/org.jahia.modules.v8moduleshelper.utils.CodeScanner.cfg
Scan of the Java code
The modules jar files embed the compiled code as .class files. The related .java files can be analyzed only for the modules for which the sources are available on the local filesystem and mounted in Jahia
